Scent Work drills will begin on Monday, August 17, 2020. Pam Spatz, who was just approved as a head Scent Work instructor, will be instructor for these drills:
Level 1 Novice Drill - 6:30PM - 7:15PM

Dogs without trial experience, who are working single hides in a novice setting. Teams can expect hides under about 2 feet, limited distractions, and basic odor problems and handling challenges. To the extent possible the drill will accommodate the search teams attending.

Level 2 Advanced Drill - 7:30PM - 8:15PM

Dogs with trial experience, or who are working multiple hides, hides over 2 feet, and more extensive distractions and handling challenges. If appropriate for the teams attending, blank areas, multiple search areas and unknown hides MAY be presented. To the extent possible the drill will accommodate the search teams attending.

Both drills will be limited to 4 students and 1 instructor.
Scent Work is a separate category from Obedience, Rally, and Agility, so you can sign up for one each of any or all of the four categories.

Sign-ups for Scent Work drills will start on Friday at 9AM (same time as Rally sign-ups start). First sign-up will be on August 14th.
